This web site is tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 (IE 6.0), with screen resolution of 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 768
This is a bilingual website that displays English as well as Chinese simplified characters. In order to displays the characters correctly, the web browser should be configure to support character encoding Unicode (UTF-8), which is a very popular standard used by many web sites and emails applications.
How to configure IE 6.0 to display Multiple Languages (e.g. Chinese and English Characters)
As mentioned above, you need to configure it to support Unicode (UTF-8).
Essential step:
At IE, click "View" menu > Encoding > "Unicode (UTF-8)"
